Thanks again for all the help and support, working with you all at SHS has been awesome. Lots of help and advice with the design then we got a telephone call from the delivery driver because he was worried he was arriving too early in the morning! Great service and then follow up help too during installation. Had an Elegance Balustrade system to a balcony on a new bedroom extension, it’s a really good quality finish and was easy to install. Fantastic installation demonstration videos on the website were easy to access and use. So pleased with the finished article, it makes us smile every morning, no balustrade getting in the way of our view whilst we have a cup of tea in bed!

Communications between myself and company prompt and courteous. Once dimensions established, goods delivered promptly. Screens were easy to fix to counter area; good feedback from customers and staff alike. Just waiting for follow up communication as to whether company can provide additional support brackets for screens.

Lovely product. We have a no rail infinity on our wooden deck. Pleased with the survey and fitting service too.

Yet another excellent job by SHS balustrades. We had a balustrade done by them 4 years ago in front of our organgery which we were very pleased with, but on the front of the house there was a wrought iron balustrade which needed painting having been up around 30 years. We felt it was time to upgrade it to match the one by the orangery and it was done today. We are delighted, the fitter arrived nice and early was very tidy and a really nice guy. He has done an excellent job and we would recommend him and SHS highly.
