In the event of any dissatisfied customer please see below our complaints procedure.

  • Complaint recorded
  • The Complaint will be acknowledged by [email protected]
  • The Complaint will be addressed with the management team
  • You will contacted by Customer Services with an outcome.
  • Outcome recorded.

If a resolution isn’t agreed upon, it will be referred as soon as possible to a Manager.
