- Complaint recorded
- The Complaint will be acknowledged by email@example.com
- The Complaint will be addressed with the management team
- You will contacted by Customer Services with an outcome.
- Outcome recorded.
If a resolution isn’t agreed upon, it will be referred as soon as possible to a Manager.
