Do you do site surveys and installations?

Our customers and social media followers have frequently asked us if we offer fitting and site survey services. Not only we do offer these services, but we also have a very organised technical process of ensuring dimensions are correct and that everything fits as required.

In more detail, our surveys and installations are subcontracted to our approved installation teams. We have worked with our installation teams for years and they are fully qualified with a vast amount of experience in our industry. We make sure all the teams we work with have all the required industry certifications.

We can accommodate all your needs: we can supply a balustrade system, we can supply and survey, and we can also supply, survey, and install our balustrade systems.

Once a survey is arranged the following process occurs: the surveyor will visit your property and will take all the required measurements.

The surveyor will also confirm whether the selected balustrade system is suitable for the specific area. If needed, our surveyors will advise a more suitable system or further bespoke work – for example, angled glass going up to the roof lines.

After the site survey is completed, a full CAD drawing will be created and issued by our experienced CAD draughtsman who works in-house for approval before the system is manufactured.  Here is an example of a typical CAD drawing:
