How to place your order for self-installation
Here at SHS, we make purchasing your perfect balustrade an easy process. Our experienced sales team are on hand to help and guide you through the process from start to finish.
Here are some easy steps on how to place your balustrade order for self-installation:
- Contact our sales team with dimensions, a rough sketch, or your full architectural/plan drawings.
- One of our experienced sales advisors will provide you with a bespoke quote and a visual of what your balustrade may look like.
- Once you are happy with your quote, we will confirm your order over the phone and email all relevant documentation.
- You will then receive a 2d or 3d CAD drawing from our drawing team for approval for manufacture, with installation guides.
- Once approved, we can then start the production of your order.
- Our trusted customer service team will always be on hand to answer any queries throughout the process of your order.
- Once your order has been quality checked, our dispatch team will be in touch to organise delivery.
Our balustrades are fully customisable to meet your needs and our team of CAD specialist technicians will work with you to create a custom-tailored design.
**If you would prefer one of our experienced surveyors to come and take your area dimensions this is an optional extra, as is an installation with one of our approved installation teams**
