Here at SHS Products, our services depend on your needs. We want to accommodate everyone’s requirements which is why we offer supply-only services, we can survey and then supply our system, or we can take on your project from start to finish and survey, design, supply, and install our balustrade systems to perfection.

Although our team is always available to help you and give you tips on how to place a balustrade order for self-installation, we must admit that opting for the full start-to-finish service has one essential advantage, peace of mind.

Let us explain the process:

1. After you get in touch with us, our knowledgeable surveyors local to you will arrange a visit to take your measurements and access your area.

Our surveys and installations are subcontracted to our approved installation teams, teams that we have worked with for years and that are fully qualified with a vast amount of experience in our industry and have all the required industry certifications.

2. Our surveyors will visit you and measure your area giving you the reassurance of having measurements taken by a professional. We have a very organised technical process of ensuring dimensions are correctly taken.
3. The surveyor will also give you more information on whether your preferred balustrade system is suitable for the specific area and how it would be installed. If needed, our surveyors will advise bespoke work and custom sizing.
4. After the site survey is completed and all measurements are recorded, an entire CAD drawing will be created and issued by our experienced CAD draughtsmen and the system will be sent to you for approval.
5. Once approved it will be manufactured in-house and supplied and installed by one of our approved installation team.
