The SHS management buyout – an update
Since SHS was taken over by new management in January, we have been working hard to restore the brand’s reputation.
We have been in touch with all recent customers and everyone whose orders were impacted by the company going into administration and have started the process of making amends. Please rest assured that we are still working as hard as possible to fulfil all new orders, and to make reparations to customers who were let down by SHS before we took over.
As with all businesses at the moment, we are dealing with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. This will inevitably cause a slowdown in the speed at which we can work: the health and safety of our staff and customers is our main priority.
We ask that you please bear with us while we continue to catch up with the backlog.
In the meantime, we want to offer heartfelt thanks to those customers that have posted positive online reviews after receiving their products recently.
