Reviews of the Year 2024

As 2024 draws to a close, we reflect on what an incredible year it has been for us at SHS. From small garden renovations to large commercial projects, we are privileged to have worked on so many diverse range of projects.

We are so grateful for all your support and trust, we would like to thank all our customers, returning and new, for choosing us this year and for the amazing feedback we have received from you. As we approach the festive season, we would like to share some kind reviews from happy customers.

“My initial request for a quote for a glass balustrade with stainless steel posts was received very promptly. I received a follow up telephone call the following morning and Imogen, the sales advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful in discussing my plan for the glass balustrade for a patio at my home. The order was confirmed and a manufacturing window provided. Once the glass panels were manufactured, I received a delivery confirmation. Despite living in Northern Ireland, the 14m of Elegance toughened laminated glass and polished s/steel posts were delivered on the due date and in the advised time window. The items were wrapped on a purpose-built wooden pallet which the delivery driver placed with a pallet truck exactly where I wanted. Every piece of my order was received in perfect condition. I assembled the glass balustrade myself in 9 hours with everything fitting together perfectly. The assembly instructions and video were excellent and very easy to follow.

If you are in the market for a top-quality glass balustrade wall, then I can thoroughly recommend dealing with SHS. The staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Their product was exactly what was described and what I wanted. I would definitely use SHS again if I was installing another glass balustrade.”

“From the initial contact made with Imogen @SHS to the patient changes made to get design right, through to the on site survey, speedy delivery & above all the quality were all perfect.

As a fairly demanding ex-engineer I appreciated every aspect of the process & the end result – adding value to the property.

A little nervous about paying up front but gladly unfounded.

Ordinarily would have fitted myself but glad I chose to use SHS to arrange this, as quite a skill as it turned out. Lakhvir (A1 Ballustrades through SHS), carried out the install and very very pleased with his attention to detail & quality of the install – even removing all the cardboard packaging.
