SHS Products: An Update on our Work

We can all agree that 2020 has been like no other year: it has been challenging and confusing – for lack of better words – for all of us and most businesses.

For SHS Products, which was taken over by new management in January 2020, it has been particularly challenging. We have worked hard to restore the brand’s reputation and customers’ faith after they had been let down before we took over.

Then COVID-19 hit us, and as with all businesses, our plans were delayed for a few months. After restrictions were lifted, we were back at work rebuilding customer relationships, catching up with the backlog and of course manufacturing and installing beautiful balustrades.

Our commitment to our customers during this time was our priority and as a result, we had many successful installations and we received lovely reviews from you all.

We want to thank our customers who have posted positive online reviews after receiving their products this summer and we look forward to many more in the coming months and years.

Our work for the Streetly Tennis Club included frameless glass balustrades on the terrace for unobstructed views of the courts.

The Frameless balustrade system features an aluminium show channel and glass infill and the added option of attaching a top rail. We can supply this system in a variety of sizes compliant to building regulations and with customised clear, coloured, or frosted glass.

As we had initially predicted in our top trends for summer 2020, the wire rope balustrade was very popular this summer.
